Stags Leap and Rutherford, Napa Valley; The primary taste is black currant, with an oaky, vanilla flavor. Beautifully rounded mouth feel with well balanced tannins lead to a long, fruity finish. This wine pairs well with beef, lamb and goose. It also is a great match for brie, cheddar and chocolate.
This wine has a very fruit forward nose with subtle spices and hints of oak - either decant this wine or let it open further and

Rutherford and Calistoga, Napa Valley; This gorgeous garnet colored wine has sandalwood, blackberries, and cherries on the nose with a full body and rich tannins that lead to a big finish. Pairs very nicely with red meat, brie and chocolate. This is great now and will age well.
|2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Calistoga, Pope Vly., St. Helena. The first taste gives you a blast of fruit, including cherries, black currant and a hint of vanilla. We added a touch of 2008 Cabernet from Pope Valley to lend a bright fruit component. Pairs well with filet mignon and cheddar.
|2007 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Carneros, Napa Valley; A lean, crisp style with an aromatic and somewhat tropical scent. Ripe and lush on the nose. Lemon and grapefruit at first sip, with a warm peach, nectarine, guava, grapefruit and green apple on the finish.
|2008 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Napa Valley; A fruity, full bodied wine with apricot, peach, and gooseberries on the nose. This wine is well balanced with good acid, round body and long finish. Pairs well with tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, raw garlic, smoked cheese and pungent flavors that would overpower most other white wines.
